Peter
Peter handles day to day operations and general office support. Peter has been involved with real estate for over 10 years as an investor, property manager, real estate agent,and short sale specialist. His motivation to help others with short sales stems from his own personal experience as a teenager seeing his family home lost to foreclosure. On his days away from the office you’re most likely to run into Peter, his wife, and son outside, surfing, playing soccer, camping or biking.
Allyson
Allyson has been working with MH Solutions since 2006. She is now the company’s head loss mitigator. Once your short sale package has been submitted to the lender Allyson will be the one who goes to bat for you.
She’s dealt with almost every lender under the sun and is very skilled at controlling negotiations. Allyson is a native Mainer and is extremely loyal to her home team. Go Sox!
Raina
Raina will be your point person. She will probably be the first person you speak to at MH. She will walk you through the short sale process, discuss your options, and the resources we have available to you. Raina will help you create a game plan for handling the short sale of your property. She also handles new file set up, the collection of seller information, and the creation of the short sale packages; making sure they’re just right and exactly what the lender requires. She’s the person you’ll want to send your supporting documentation to and to call if you have any questions about your file. Raina has three lovely children and when she’s not in the office she’s at home being a super-mom.
Lisa
Lisa helps place people into owner financed properties where they can build equity while their credit gets back on track. This can be a viable alternative to renting for people who have gone through a short sale. Lisa is from the County as well. That’s probably where she picked up her down to earth personality and sense of humor. Lisa is a naturally caring person. When she’s not helping folks at work, she’s helping family and friends on her time off.
Jessica
As closing coordinator and marketing assistant, Jessica oversees a number of aspects of the MH Solutions process, including handling all aspects of closings including communications with the title company. She also ensures that all final funds are received by the lender.
